ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in corporate marketing within the financial industry. I'm an Indiana University graduate who loves traveling, snow skiing, volleyball, and spending time with my dogs.
Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm an active member of the local Rotary Club and proudly support the local Lions Club. Building strong relationships with our community is a big part of what we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Megan Borland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
